
We do not require a deposit, but we do require a credit card number at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This also applies to passengers using gift cards.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your flight to allow time for ticketing and a safety briefing. You may pay as you chose on the day of your flight. We accept cash (including USD) traveler’s cheques, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, you must notify Alpine Helicopters 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations received less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure are subject to a 50% non-refundable charge that will be applied to the credit card number used to hold the reservation.
Due to weather concerns, we recommend all customers call 3 hours prior to departure time to confirm the tour is operating. We encourage guests traveling from out of town who are coming to Banff/Canmore for the day and are specifically coming for a tour to call prior to leaving for Canmore. The weather in the Rocky Mountains is often quite different than what it is in Calgary and we don’t want you to be disappointed.
Alpine reserves the right to cancel at any time before or during a flight for weather, maintenance and/or emergencies.
